![]() Each year at Christmas time, the Richfield PD organizes twenty-seven police agencies in Summit County, along with members of the community, to provide area children a happy holiday. Andy Anderson participated in this Shop With a Cop event and reports that..."I witnessed a lot of very happy kids. They had donuts and milk before going shopping. They left Stow school in a LOT of police cars with sirens blaring and lights flashing to head off to WalMart. After shopping they returned to the school for pizza, milk, soft drinks, cookies and candy. The best part of the day was seeing all the smiling faces of the children." ~ Watch the 2009 Shop With a Cop Video! ~ |
